Gain strength for your regular practice from these conditioning classes that begin with the toes and work all the way up the body. These classes are a great way to support your regular yoga practice, learning engagement through all asanas.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Credits Policy Credits & Packages Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages are for personal use only and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. Monthly packages cannot be paused. Cancellations & Rescheduling Booked classes can be cancelled and your credit returned up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window — or failure to attend — will result in the loss of that credit. Unlimited monthly members: Cancelling within 6 hours of a class will count as one day deducted from your package. Class Minimums A minimum of 3 bookings is required for a class to run. If a class is cancelled due to low numbers, you will be notified by message and your credit will be returned in full.
