Pregnancy is one of the most significant seasons of a woman's life.
Your body is changing, your mind is working overtime, and you deserve a space that meets you exactly where you are.
The prenatal program at Living Yoga offers safe, supported movement for every trimester, designed to keep you strong, ease discomfort, prepare you for birth, and connect you to a community of women who get it.
Classes are led by Ashleigh Christie and Rulene Moolman, both specialised in pre- and postnatal movement.
Whether you've never done yoga in your life or you've been on the mat for years, you belong here.

What to expect
Every class is built around what your body actually needs.
We start with a check-in - a chance to share what's going on for you this week, whether that's a sore back, a busy mind, or just needing an hour to breathe.
From there, we move through:

Breathwork for calm, for birth preparation, and for the hard moments

Hip, back, and pelvic floor work — the areas that matter most in pregnancy

A closing meditation to slow down and connect with your baby
No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome. All trimesters welcome.

Memberships and Pricing
All packs and drop-ins can be used for in-person or online classes — or a mix of both.

Monthly Membership
Unlimited access to all prenatal classes (in-person + online). The most flexible way to practice through your whole pregnancy. Cancel anytime.

Trimester Block
Three full months of classes. Best value for moms who want to commit to a full season of movement — works out to R1,080/month.

4-Class Pack
For moms who prefer a lighter commitment or want to try the classes first.

8-Class Pack
Great for moms who want consistent practice without a monthly commitment.

Common Questions
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Classes are designed for all levels and all trimesters. Everything is pregnancy-specific, with modifications for every body.
When can I start?
Most moms start in their second trimester. Classes are open for 12 weeks with your healthcare provider's approval. If you're feeling good and your care provider is happy, you're welcome to join earlier.
What if I have pregnancy discomforts or limitations?
That's exactly what we're here for. Let us know at check-in, and we'll work around it.
Is this about fitness or relaxation?
Both. We work on strength, alignment, and physical preparation alongside breathwork, rest, and mental connection. You'll leave feeling both held and capable.
What should I bring to in-person classes?
There are some mats and props provided at the studio. If you have your own mat, please bring it along with you. Bring water and comfortable clothes.
What do I need for online classes?
Zoom on any device, enough space at home for a mat, a pillow or a blanket nearby, and something comfortable to move in.
