Yoga has been my companion for more than two decades. It has held me through change, challenged me, softened me, and continuously brought me back to myself. After completing my teacher training at Living Yoga in 2018, life took me into motherhood and a demanding career, but the practice has always been the constant. My Monday evenings are an invitation into transformation through movement. Strong, creative vinyasa. Music that carries us somewhere unexpected. Breath that anchors us. Presence, flow, rhythm, release. This is a space to shake off the day, stir what’s been sitting still, and remember that we are always allowed to become something new. Come exactly as you are. Leave a little more like yourself.

Cancellation Policy
Credits & Packages Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages are for personal use only and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. Monthly packages cannot be paused. Cancellations & Rescheduling Booked classes can be cancelled and your credit returned up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window — or failure to attend — will result in the loss of that credit. Unlimited monthly members: cancelling within 6 hours of a class will count as one session deducted from your package. Class Minimums A minimum of 3 bookings is required for a class to run. If a class is cancelled due to low numbers, you will be notified by message, and your credit will be returned in full. 12-Class Monthly Membership — Commitment & Cancellation All 12-class monthly memberships are sold as 6-month commitments. Payment is processed monthly via Paystack for 6 billing cycles. Cancellations before the end of the 6-month period are not eligible for a refund of payments already made. Class access continues until the end of the current paid 35-day period, after which no further charges will apply once cancellation is confirmed. Failed Membership Payments If a membership payment fails, you will be notified immediately with a payment link to resolve it. You have 5 business days to make a payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, your class access will be paused until payment is confirmed. Membership Plan Access Your 12-class allowance resets every 35 days. Unused classes do not roll over to the following period. Your locked rate applies to your 6-month commitment period only. Renewal is available at the then-current membership rate.
