Service Description
Vi means to order and nyasa means consciously. The movement of the body is facilitated by the breath and is combined with intention and dristhi (focus). The practice of Vinyasa yoga can help you to become more mindful on your mat and therefore with practice, more conscious in your life. Like the Jivamukti classes there is always a great playlist and a general focus in the class or a build up to a peak pose. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your class 1 hour prior to the start of class or you will be charged for it. This allows your space to be given to the next student if you are unable to attend.
