Service Description
This class is presented online via Zoom. Kirsty's classes are ever-changing yet woven with a sense of familiarity that your body begins to recognise over time. Rather than fixed sequences, she guides an intuitive layered flow where breath and movement lead the way. With a background in dance, expect slower, more expansive warm-ups, fluid standing sequences and deeply nourishing cool-downs. Each class is designed to feel expressive and grounding — always ending with a very generous savasana. Open to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Credits & Packages Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages are for personal use only and may not be shared with or transferred to another person. Monthly packages cannot be paused. Cancellations & Rescheduling Booked classes can be cancelled and your credit returned up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window — or failure to attend — will result in the loss of that credit. Unlimited monthly members: cancelling within 6 hours of a class will count as one session deducted from your package. Class Minimums A minimum of 3 bookings is required for a class to run. If a class is cancelled due to low numbers, you will be notified by message, and your credit will be returned in full. 12-Class Monthly Membership — Commitment & Cancellation All 12-class monthly memberships are sold as 6-month commitments. Payment is processed monthly via Paystack for 6 billing cycles. Cancellations before the end of the 6-month period are not eligible for a refund of payments already made. Class access continues until the end of the current paid 35-day period, after which no further charges will apply once cancellation is confirmed. Failed Membership Payments If a membership payment fails, you will be notified immediately with a payment link to resolve it. You have 5 business days to make a payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, your class access will be paused until payment is confirmed. Membership Plan Access Your 12-class allowance resets every 35 days. Unused classes do not roll over to the following period. Your locked rate applies to your 6-month commitment period only. Renewal is available at the then-current membership rate.
