A 3-hour embodiment movement, held through gentle guidance, creates a transformative sacred space for the dancer to reflect and experience their natural rhythm of being.
The theme of April's full moon is the Tree of Life, working with the elements, and through the chakras.
Energy in motion is emotion, we re-awaken the ancient ways of flow, release blockages, surrender, and find clarity.
The dancer leaves feeling peaceful, joyful, and connected.
