Music has always been a meaningful part of my life and my journey.

After playing the double bass as a child, I gradually found myself drawn toward wellness and inner exploration, first becoming a yoga teacher and, more recently, integrating wellness and sound by training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy.

Sound therapy revealed to me how deeply sound can support inner balance, and wellbeing.

Today, I hold immersive sound experiences designed to invite deep rest and a gentle return to one’s natural rhythm.
