The Language of Fascia introduces you to the art and science of myofascial release, offering a blend of lecture, movement, and hands-on practice using the UNWIND™️ Strip and therapeutic fascia balls.
In this journey, you’ll learn how fascia impacts posture, pain, breath, movement, emotion, and nervous system health — and how gentle, intentional pressure can support deep healing, restoration, and release.
