Himalayan Kriya Workshop

“Kelly is so excited to share the technique of Himalayan Kriya Yoga with you. We have set up two weekend workshops that will allow you to delve into this practice that comes all the way from @sattvayogaacademy which resides at the foothills of the Himalayas.

This lineage of kriya yoga comes from what Kelly’s guru, and his before him, call “the golden thread of students”.

It is an integrated yoga practice, meaning all parts of the practice should be brought together to create a field - space - of transformation. It encourages growth, knowing, deep intuitive wisdom and self mastery. All of these beautiful techniques lift us up to transcend dense vibration and create a life of joy from within.

This workshops will include a combination of breath, asana, shaking/dancing, kriya and meditation techniques.
