Living Yoga strives to deliver a teacher training that creates yoga teachers who not only know their stuff but are learning to live their yoga practice in every moment. Our already renowned training has evolved, giving you the opportunity to dive deeper, study more in-depth and immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga with the best of both internationally and locally accredited teachers. Become a yoga teacher by doing the whole training, it’s guaranteed to change your life. If you’re already qualified keep studying and adding to your knowledge by taking some of the new modules or revisiting the ones that will upskill your teaching.
Teacher Training Application Requirements
Students who are interested in participating in our teacher-training course should bear in mind that this will be a physically and emotionally demanding program. It will require a strong commitment and so it is recommended that you have a current yoga practice.
Interested students must:
Have a deep desire to learn and personally explore the deeper dimensions of yoga.
Have a minimum of two years of regular yoga practice.
Be fully committed and understand that 100% full attendance is required.
Submit a fully answered application form.
** Students applying for the 100 hour Teacher Training Course will also be required to have already completed a 200HR yoga teacher-training course (please email your certificate to email@example.com) and have a regular yoga practice.
Complete a 300 hour or a 100 hour advanced course - all certified by yoga alliance.

Kriyas and yoga for wellness
Yoga Philosophy and the 8 limbed path and ethics of teaching
Sanskrit and the history of yoga
Nada Yoga with mantra and kirtan
Dristhi, Bandha and Mudra
