What style of yoga do you teach? 

Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial and Kids Yoga

What can people expect from your classes?  


With this beautiful practice I want my students wanting more. To know that it is for everyone and to never feel intimidated by the practice. My classes mostly focus on gaining courage and confidence to push yourself to reach your utmost potential in life, letting go of things that no longer serve you, really connecting and listening to your body, being mindful, conscious and living a good karmic life, and, of course, to always find the joy in your yoga! I try to encourage my students to practice this both on and off the mat. I want my students to leave my class feeling confident, courageous, positive, elated, energized and light.

When and how did you yoga Journey begin.

I first stepped onto the mat 13 years ago and immediately knew that I wanted to be a yoga teacher. I wanted to change people’s lives the way that day changed mine. 
In 2013 I finally did my 200hrs YTT at Living Yoga and it
 opened a door that can never be closed. 
Since then I’ve also become a certified kids yoga and aerial yoga teacher, as well as Yin yoga teacher.
