My yoga journey started in 2004 at the age of 17 when I attended a Vinyasa yoga class at a gym.
As soon as I stepped on the mat, I fell in love. I knew I wanted to be a teacher and to share this amazing power with the world. It has made me grow spiritually and the effect that yoga had on me was life-changing.  I wanted more!!  So I attended workshops, did some research and tried as many styles as I could, but still came back to my true love: Vinyasa. As soon as I had an almost daily practice and I believed that I had gained enough knowledge, I started teaching friends and family. Word got out and in 2009 I had quite a handful of students.’
I then decided to do my teacher training at Living Yoga in 2013 under the expert guidance of Sarah Bentz and Jo Gibbon, and it was without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. It has opened a door that can never be closed and I cannot wait to expand my knowledge on this beautiful practice that is yoga and to share all I know with my students.

I am also a certified Air Yoga and Kids Yoga teacher and teach Vinyasa, Yin and Air Yoga at Living Yoga.
