Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Hannelize Robinson has been practicing yoga since 2012 and began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2014. Her professional background is in Business Management and she has been running her own Project & Corporate Event Management consultancy since 2010. Her journey has taken her towards conscious and mindful living with yoga becoming an integral part of her life.

“After completing my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Living Yoga in 2014 I was inspired to share the many benefits of yoga with others.  I believe that yoga is accessible to everyone and it is not about how flexible or strong you are or about mastering a difficult pose – even though that will follow with regular practice – it is rather about how mindful and present you are on (and off) the mat.

The practice of Vinyasa Yoga aims to unite mind, body and spirit through conscious movement linked to the breath. It stills the mind and allows us to become more internally focused and more mindful in everything we do. It supports a healthy lifestyle and results in long-term health and wellbeing for mind & body.”

Her intention is to inspire her students on their own journey of transformation by teaching a mindful asana practice while integrating the other seven limbs of Pantanjali’s eight-limb path. Hannelize’s sequences are carefully planned and adapted to the needs of her students.
