What style of yoga do you teach?
 
Vinyasa Yoga – Beginners & Open. I am particularly passionate about introducing new students to yoga & meditation . Yoga is accessible to everyone and it is not about how flexible or strong you are or about mastering a difficult pose – even though that will follow with regular practice – it is rather about how mindful and present you are on (and off) the mat. Everyone’s yoga practice is different and unique to them. Being present and in touch with your own body is one of the most important aspects of yoga.

When and how did your yoga Journey begin.
 
I have been practicing yoga on and off since the early 2000’s and was re-introdcued to the practice during a trip to the USA in 2012. On my return I attended a Jivamukti Yoga class taught by Sarah Bentz and have never looked back. Since then Yoga & Meditation has become in integral part of my own personal journey of growth and transformation. 
 
Yoga and meditation has helped me to move beyond the mind’s stress-inducing thoughts and emotional ups & downs into the peace and clarity of present moment awareness. It has also allowed me to see the world from a new perspective, and to release many old & limiting beliefs and habits. 
 
After completing my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Sarah Bentz at Living Yoga in 2014 I was inspired to share the many benefits of yoga with others. And I love every minute!
