After numerous forays into various forms of yoga, it finally clicked when I visited Living Yoga, Greenside in 2013 and started with vinyasa yoga. Working through a knee injury I realized the magic that existed through a committed practice combined with mediation and pranayama.
As a way to deepen my personal practice, I completed the Living Yoga LY 200 hour vinyasa teaching training with Sarah Bentz, Jo Gibbon and Bruce Burger. I was given the opportunity to teach (which was never my intention when I trained) and fell in love with it after my first class.
I am passionate about make yoga accessible everyone and finding ways to integrate the practice of yoga into all aspects of living. I love a class that challenges students, makes them think about the impact they are having on those around them and most importantly to have a space where you can have some fun.I am currently completing my mentorship under Jo Gibbon, and am preparing for the next step with the Jivamukti teacher training.

The impact that being able to teach has meant to me is immeasurable and I am grateful for all those that have made this possible.
